An experiment was conducted during 1996 for two season to evolve weed management strategy. The experimental results showed pre-sowing application of f1uchloralin at the rate of 1.5 kg ha −1 integrated with one hand weeding at 30 days after sowing provided efficient weed control as well as higher weed control efficiency and it favoured towards yield attributes, which inturn influenced for higher seed yield than other treatments.
