"Endoscopic evaluation of Bovine Respiratory Disorders' was conducted on ten apparently
healthy cattle and twenty-seven clinical cases with the objective of studying the incidence, haemato biochemistry, and bronchoscopic changes. Ten apparently healthy cattle belonging to different breeds, different age groups and sexes were selected for obtaining normal values. Twenty-seven cattle with respiratory disorders were selected by history, clinical findings, haernatology, biochemistry bronchoscopy and broncho alveolar lavage cytology. Broncho alveolar lavage cytology was found to be more sensitive for diagnosis of respiratory disorders and macrophages and neutrophils were the predominant cells in BALF of control and clinical cases respectively.
