CARNATION DISEASES AND THEIR MANAGEMENT- A REVIEW

ABSTRACT
Carnation is valued for its cut flowers but its cultivation is under continuous threat due to
diseases caused by fungi, bacteria, nematodes and viruses. In the present communication these
diseases have been described under the heads of vascular pathogens, stem and root rots and foliar
diseases alongwith their integrated disease management
